Online Relaxation Session
Hold supports parents and parents-to-be with their wellbeing. We are offering online relaxation sessions as part of Baby Week to help everyone navigate parenting and prioritise your self-care.
During these 30 minute sessions, we will discuss self-care exercises and you’ll be led through a dreamy relaxation. As these are evening sessions and online, you’re welcome to join us from bed, in your PJs and with or without little ones. We don’t judge! This time is just for you.
Sessions are £5 but if this is a barrier for you, please let us know by email and we will send you the link, no questions asked.
Suitable for all parents and pregnant people, no experience necessary.
