DESCRIPTION:A 1 hour rehabilitation class every Monday at 2pm with our experienced Physiotherapist\, personal trainer and sports massage therapy Angela Gibbons.\nWith a wealth of experience and knowledge plus having had 5 children herself\, Angela offers a rehabilitation class designed to safely build strength and stability\, manage ‘diastasis recti’ (abdominal muscle separation) and improve overall function! You are very welcome to come along alone or bring your baby in a carrier/car seat.\nThis class is hosted in the beautiful yoga space at Iveridge Health Club in Rothwell and you can book via our clinic reception on 0113 260 0794 (you do not need to be a member at Iveridge Health Club to attend!)
