Pregnancy ‘Nurture’ Session
Slow down, reflect and learn skills to support your wellbeing in pregnancy and early parenting.
This group (circle) follows the award-winning Before Birth & Beyond Birth programme- each session explores a topic alongside light relaxation/meditation, reflection and connection exercises to promote calm, confidence and bonding with self, baby and others. This circle is suitable at any stage of pregnancy.
Becoming a parent brings intense emotions. Good and challenging. It’s vital to learn ways to look within and make time for self-care and mental wellbeing during pregnancy and to equip you after birth.
*These sessions are full of tips, tools and techniques to support your mental health and the transition from pregnancy to parenthood
*Groups are kept small (maximum numbers 6 parents) to ensure you feel comfortable and safe.
*This circle is based on the Before Birth 6 week course that covers the themes Nurture, Emotions, Connections, Nourish, Healing & Recovery, Transformation. Themes will be repeated and advertised regularly, please follow us on social media @holdcircles to stay up to date.
*Groups not for you? We can tailor this programme to be run 1:1, as a couple or with your own group of friends/family. Or if you can’t make these dates, we can look at alternatives with you. Contact us to discuss.
Cost: £9 per session. Includes live online session and exclusive handouts that include journalling prompts and further signposting.
