What to Expect when you’re Expecting – Virtual Chat (21 Nov)

A short intro session to understand why we sometimes fear birth and why putting a positive focus on our expectations can be a super power! This free virtual event as part of Leeds Baby Week is a great session for expectant parents to understand why we tend to worry about birth and carry negative baggage.

We will chat about:

💭 Why we can sometimes feel fearful and nervous

👶🏽 What we expect birth to look & feel like and how we want to feel

💪🏼 Why preparing for birth can help you feel confident & ready

💛 How a more positive mindset can stack the odds in our favour of a better birth

❔ The opportunity to ask any questions you have

Grab a brew, ideally your birth partner too and get in your comfies for this 30 min informal & interactive session to look at why we have some unhelpful expectations and what we can do to start feeling really good about birth!

Can’t wait to see you there!
