- Bump and Baby Fit Classes – is a safe and practical way for new mums to exercise, socialise and, of course, have fun! It is baby yoga for all mums from 12 weeks pregnant – 12 months post-partum. Nurturing health for mum and baby, every step of the way.

- Save a Baby Course – Save a Life course aimed to equip candidates with knowledge about what to do in an emergency and basic first aid skills for those who care for a baby, child, or adult.
Would you know what to do if a baby stopped breathing? ‘Save a Baby’s Life’ workshops aim to teach basic emergency skills to anyone who cares for a baby. You will learn: Infant Life Support (CPR), Infant choking (diagnosis and treatment), Infant drowning (diagnosis and treatment)
