Are you expecting a baby? Join us for Getting ready for baby – a FREE 3 week course for expectant parents.
Each week has a different theme Week 1 is getting ready to meet baby and baby massage, Week 2 is getting ready for labour and Week 3 is getting ready for the early days.
The courses are delivered by midwives/health visitors with the support of Parent Link Worker in local children’s centres.
