DESCRIPTION:Bump & Beyond sessions are designed to empower women to stay active during pregnancy and after birth with elements of how to exercise with your baby as they grow. \nSessions: \nMonday Evening – 6-7pm – Pre natal (pregnant mums) \nWednesday Morning – 9:30-10:30am – Post Natal ( With baby in arms) \nWhat will sessions look like? \nThere will be a maximum of 12 participants in each session\, we will have equipment\, however\, if you would feel more comfortable to bring your own mat please feel free. \nWe’ll start with a gentle warm up and then work through appropriate exercises: \nPre -natal \n– Pilates exercises to keep your core strong and supporting you and your growing bump \n– a circuit based workout so you can work at your pace aimed at keeping you comfortable and strong during your pregnancy. \n– cooldown and stretch \nPost natal \n– Pilates exercises to regain your body awareness and strength post delivery. Helping you reconnect with your core post delivery and care for your back \n– Working with baby we’ll complete strengthening exercises to improve your confidence to do exercises at home \n– Cooldown and stretch to address areas worked and any aches and pains \nSession Cost? \nEach session costs £4. You can either book for the whole block of sessions\, or pay on the day. We provide a range of toys to suit both babies and toddlers\, which are constantly being changed so there is always something new for your child to explore. At the end of every session we sing and use scarves\, pompoms\, a parachute and puppets to engage the children. The sessions always finish with ever popular bubbles!
