Drop-in group for parents and carers with babies pre-crawling babies (newborn up to around 6-8 months old).

Cuddlers is a dedicated low key, safe space for you to start getting out with your new baby, and to feel comfortable putting very tiny babies down (if they’ll let you!) to enjoy a conversation over a hot drink and cake.

As well as being a welcoming and inclusive social group, we provide evidence-based information and support to help you navigate life with your new baby. Our trained Infant Feeding & Sleep Counsellor and Peer-Supporters are always ready to lend a non-judgemental and empathetic ear to anything on your mind, there are no silly questions or worries. From getting started with breastfeeding to stopping when the time is right for you and any little bumps along the way, as well as using infant formula and bottles, introducing solid food, infant sleep, adjusting to motherhood, returning to work, and choosing/using slings & baby carriers.
