What is BabyBeats Meets?

– a free community event
– a collaboration with local services featuring a guest speaker
– a welcoming environment for everyone to participate, not exclusively to BabyBeats attendees

The event will last approximately 1 hour. There will be a short talk from our guest speaker followed by an opportunity to chat and ask questions whilst enjoying a drink and sweet treat.

Guest speaker: Tasha Charles, North Star Therapy

Tasha is an experienced practitioner who struggled with her own difficult pregnancies and post partum mental health. North Star Therapy is advocating, running groups and trying to raise more awareness for maternal mental health. Join us in a safe space for a friendly, informal chat about maternal mental health.
