Mum & Baby Workout Class
Come and join us for a relaxed HIIT style workout class!
This class is suitable for pregnant and post-natal ladies that have been given the ‘okay’ from their midwife to exercise.
This is a relaxed HIIT style class that has many modifications for each stage of pregnancy and post-natal so you can always work at a pace that’s for you – whether that’s a gentler session with fully bodyweight exercises and minimal reps, or pushing yourself and feeling the sweat!
Babies are welcome in a sling, car seat or pram – please feel free to bring them some toys / entertainment too 🙂
