Post Natal Yoga

Join us for our Post Natal Yoga session. After having a baby, your body needs time to heal and rest, so does your mind.

Postnatal yoga can help with both. This form of yoga focuses on recovery and restoration and can help with stress and depression after giving birth. It is a modified, low intensity yoga practice which is most beneficial after the first three months of childbirth.

We would recommend waiting until after your 6 week postnatal check up before starting.

You are welcome to bring your pre – crawling baby along to the session. This is an ideal opportunity to meet other new mams and have some time for yourself to heal and recover.
