We’re excited to share with you the details of our fully funded online mental health training session:  Unmasking Parental Mental Health – Understanding Parental Mental Health Across Cultures, Free Online Training Session. The session is designed specifically for Voluntary, Charity and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations and individuals who work with and interact with new parents (mums, dads and carers) across Buckinghamshire.

Why is this important?

Supporting parental mental health is vital for building stronger families and communities and plays a key role in suicide prevention. This training will deepen understanding of mental health across diverse cultural backgrounds, with a particular focus on Black, South Asian Pakistani, and Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.
