HALO for Under 2s: Building Healthy Foundations with Families

Join the HALO Team for a special National Baby Week Lunch & Learn exploring how early years practitioners can support babies, toddlers, and their families during the first two years of life.
This session will focus on the importance of parent partnerships and the valuable role practitioners play in sharing evidence-based messages with families. We will explore key areas of child development, including healthy eating, physical activity, oral health, communication and language, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and reducing screen time, with practical ideas and resources to support conversations with parents.
The session will also introduce the HALO for Under 2s resources and show examples of how to use them in practice to help families build healthy foundations from the start.
