At the heart of Baby Week is our belief that every baby deserves the best possible start in life, and that begins with parents and caregivers who feel healthy, supported and connected. Baby Week is for Everyone. We’re proud to celebrate and support the diversity of families across Torbay:

• Families from all cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds – celebrating the rich diversity of our communities.
• Special guardians, foster carers and kinship carers – recognising the vital role they play in children’s lives.
• Inclusive parenting – supporting mums, dads, partners, stepparents, non-birthing parents and carers.

Parents and caregivers of all genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, cultures, faiths and backgrounds. We are all unique, but we share a common goal: helping our children thrive. Our network of Best Start Family Hubs connects expectant parents, caregivers and professionals across Torbay, ensuring families can access the guidance, services and resources they need from pregnancy through to their child’s early years.

Throughout Baby Week, Torbay will be running a range of initiatives, events and activities across the Bay, alongside incorporating Baby Week themes into regular groups and sessions. There’s something for every family, from pregnancy through to age five.
