Baby Network Meeting: Belonging, joy and professional love

Join us for this informal network meeting as we explore what belonging means in the baby room and why it is so important for babies’ wellbeing, development, and learning. Together, we will reflect on how to create welcoming, inclusive, and joyful environments where every baby feels valued, secure, and able to thrive.

We will discuss the concept of professional love and consider how warm, responsive relationships support babies to develop a strong sense of belonging. The session will also explore how professional love helps us tune into babies’ cues, emotions, and individual needs.

This will be an opportunity to share ideas, experiences, and practical strategies with colleagues. Sessions will run at 10-11am, 1:30-2:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm.
